Navigating The CCC Website

ALERT!! Effective 08/08/2008, no changes will be made to CCC’s legacy website, now with Internet address www.ncompliancelegacy.com. Henceforth, www.ncompliance.com goes directly to CCC's new, dynamic, database supported website.

For many months now, CCC has been developing and testing a new, dynamic, database-supported website, which now resides at www.ncompliance.com, while at the same time maintaining this website, which is now our legacy website (www.ncompliancelegacy.com). Development of the new website was essential to allow CCC to provide dedicated sections of its website to more than 50 new clients accumulated since publication of the Final 403(b) Regulations on July 23, 2007. We chose completion of the Plan Document System on the new website as the appropriate time to migrate from the legacy website, even though considerable work remains to be done. Specifically, we will be working with Vendors through the end of calendar year 2008 to incorporate updated Vendor information into the new website. Moreover, 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) information remains only on this legacy website, but those CCC clients for which we are managing their 457(b) Plans may continue to refer to this legacy website until the full migration has been accomplished.

We are very proud of our new website, especially the Plan Document System and the Content Management System (CMS), which allows Client Employers and Vendors to manage the content of their own sections of the website. We hope you share our enthusiasm and will create links form your own websites to your dedicated sections of the CCC website. Doing so will provide everything your employees need to know about their 403(b) Program.

CCC Website Purposes
The Carruth Compliance Consulting, Inc. (CCC) website is designed to provide information for:

Some links in District sections of the website are to general pages that apply to all CCC client Districts. Examples include:

Whereas other links are very specific to the District in question. Examples for Bend-La Pine Schools in Oregon include the following, among many others:

Links Followed By Explanations
The typical paragraph structure on the CCC website involves a link as paragraph heading (see References below) followed by a brief explanation of where that link leads. Other paragraphs have headings that are not links to other pages, as illustrated by this paragraph itself.

Navigation Boxes and Bars
Almost all HTML pages on the CCC website, including this page, have a CCC General Links navigation box in the upper-right-hand corner of the page. These links are to importang general web pages on the CCC site that are not connected with any specific CCC client District. When an HTML page resides in a specific CCC client District section of the website, there is a navigation box of District-specific links in the left-hand column immediately below the Page Header. A typical example may be found at the CCC - Bend-La Pine Home Page. Finally, near the bottom of each HTML page is a row of links similar to those in the navigation boxes at the top of the page, except that they are general links on general pages and District-specific links on District-specifid pages. Hence, the navigation links row at the bottom of this page are general in nature, whereas the navigation links row at the bottom of the CCC - Bend-La Pine Home Page are specific to Bend-La Pine Schools.
